Group De Cloedt is accredited for the management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Achilles protocol and VCA**.

For us, the safety and well-being of every employee is paramount. In addition to the legal framework, additional standards such as the VCA impose even stricter safety requirements.

Our company also respects the regulations described in the codex and the ARAB. The Royal Decree on temporary and mobile construction sites in particular is closely monitored, as well as the applicable environmental legislation.

The primary objective of our HSE policy is to promote safe working conditions, workplaces and the prevention of accidents, incidents, and material damage.

Motivated and safe behaviour and the taking of responsibilities by all employees determine to a large extent the support for a healthy company.

Management ensures that all safety measures are implemented and that the necessary resources are made available. In addition, it continuously strives to improve the HSE policy. It ensures that this policy is implemented in the work of the staff. It also takes care of the safety and health of third parties.

The principles, the organizational measures, and the general safety regulations, with regard to the HSE policy to be implemented by the company, are laid down in our safety procedures. Our Safety Management System is based on the VCA standard and we meet the VCA** requirements, Achilles protocol (for the remediation works).

The policy in the field of safety, health, quality and the environment (QHSE Management) is an integral part of the Management Team. The focus is on continuous improvement.

• Ensure that our operations are safe for employees, business partners and subcontractors.
• Minimise the environmental impact of our activities, in particular in the areas of transport and waste.
• Encourage our employees to report safety, health and/or environmental incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and risk situations.
• Integrate sustainability considerations into our operations.
