DC Resources Baltics
DC Resources is one of the largest producers and suppliers of granite rubble in Northern Europe, providing high-quality supplies of inert building materials from production facilities in Norway. In cooperation with partners in the Baltic States, DC Resources Baltics SIA (formerly Yeoman Latvia) has been actively supplying building materials for projects in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and the Kaliningrad region since 1999. Since 2012, the company has been ensuring the delivery of granite rubble from its terminals in Riga (KS Terminal) and Tallinn (Port of Muuga). With the accession of Group De Cloedt in 2017, the company's position in the market will be strengthened by adding granite chips from the Eikefet, Seljestokken mines, as well as materials for hydro-structures from the Eidsne mine to the product range. Every year, providing a full range of materials for the construction of roads, bridges, railways and hydro-structures, the company supplies up to 1.3 million tons of inert building materials to its customers in the Baltic States and Kaliningrad.
As part of Group De Cloedt, DC Resources Baltics is also actively operating in other segments:
- the extraction of aggregates from marine deposits;
- environmental projects, participating in site remediation projects and cleaning up contaminated soil in the Baltics, as well as carrying out these works in factories in Copenhagen and Ghent.
